Poster Reservations

Throughout the HUB-Robeson Center, there are several tall display poster frames available for reservation. These spaces can be reserved for the display of your event posters through CollegeNet/25Live. Under the "Resources" tab, you can search by keyword "poster" and the HUB Poster Spaces will appear in the list below to reserve.

These poster spaces measure 24" by 36". We recommend leaving a 1/2" bleed around the edge of your poster so important text is not hidden by the metal border the poster frame. They can be ordered on-campus at the Student Organization Printing Support. Check out their large format poster printing options.

Posters should be delivered to the Events Management Office, room 125 HUB-Robeson Center, for placement. Refer to the the Sign & Poster Policies for further guidelines.

Banner Reservations

There are several places across campus where you can make a reservation to hang a banner through CollegeNet/25Live. Under the "Locations" tab, you can search by keyword "banner" and a list of the available banner spaces will appear in the list below to reserve.

Banners can be ordered on-campus at the Student Organization Printing Support. Check out their banner printing options. Outdoor banner reservations must select either canvas or scrim (vinyl) for durability. Indoor banner reservations may select any of the banner materials. Grommets will be inserted by request only.

Banners should be delivered to the Events Management Office, room 125 HUB-Robeson Center, for hanging in the HUB-Robeson Center or on the Osmond Building. Refer to the the Banner Space Policy for further guidelines.
