Yoga Flow
Join Morgan Mitchell for Yoga at the HUB Art Gallery in 116 HUB-Robeson Center from Noon to 1:00 p.m. Wednesdays, June 11 through August 6.
No class July 16
Connect to your body and breath during this 1-hour class. Enjoy meditation in motion through a series of postures and wavelike movement in the spine. No experience needed. All experience levels are welcome. Mats are provided for up to 20 participants. Instructor, Morgan Mitchell, has been teaching yoga since 2004 and is a certified TriYoga teacher in Basics through Level 2.
No registration - this is a drop-in style class.
Yoga and Meditation
Join Latisha Franklin, Ph.D (RYT 200) for yoga and meditation classes Thursdays at 5:00 p.m. starting June 12 through July 31 at the Palmer Museum. Check in at the front desk to find the specific room where yoga will be held. No class on June 19.
Feel free to bring your own mat. A limited amount of yoga supplies are provided and no experience is necessary. All are welcome!
You can watch previously recorded classes at your convenience. The recorded yoga and meditation classes are guided by yoga instructor, Sima Farage. Get your yoga and meditation practice started today.
Shinrin-Yoku, Forest Bathing
Forest Bathing offers an opportunity to experience nature through a slow, meditative walk through the woods. This research-based practice is led by a certified ANFT guide and is open to all who are interested. Space on these walks is limited to 15 participants and registration is required. Refresh Fridays
Participate in this weekly series that promotes resiliency and relaxation through breathwork. Learn practical skills that will help transform the way you respond to stress. Registration is not required; All are welcome and encouraged to come.

Well-being Wednesday
Join us for Well-being Wednesdays in the Lobby of the IM Building for wellness activities and resources. Stop by the outreach tables, staffed by HealthWorks Peer Educators, to learn about ways to support your well-being.

Vibe Out x Mindful Making
A collaborative mindful making program between Health Promotion and Wellness, Student Involvement, and the Center for Performing Arts. Each week, engage with different activities that highlight creativity, curiosity, and fun. Combine music with calming crafts to experience practical stress relieving techniques. Registration is not required, feel free to drop-in. Seats are limited so early arrival is advised if you want the best chance of participating.

Flourish Fest
Thursday, November 13 from 11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. in Alumni Hall, HUB-Robeson Center
Unwind and recharge at this collaborative campus event promoting over well-being. Learn from different departments and organizations around campus on how they can help you manage stress, improve mindfulness, and practice relaxation strategies. Undergraduate, Graduate, and Post-graduate students are encouraged to come, as well as staff and faculty members.
