Fraternity and Sorority Experience Survey
Create a deeper understanding of your chapters. The FSES provides analysis and reports to identify chapter norms; differences between new members, active members, and leaders; general differences between types of campuses, regions, areas, and districts; and program participation.
Participating Headquarters Receive

- Weekly survey completion updates over the course of the data collection period
- Executive summary report outlining select findings
- Individual chapter analyses
- Benchmarking data by member type and regions or custom cohorts
- Consultation services to assist in data use, as applicable
- Full cleaned data set in the SPSS Statistics File Format including an aggregate summary

The Piazza Center will work with the client to determine a schedule for consultation sessions and applicability with organizational stakeholders.
Regardless, of consulting, after six months, the Piazza Center will follow up with the client to see how they are using the data in their organization.

For benchmarking of results, the Piazza Center recommends that partners plan multiple administration of the survey. The FSES should be repeated every year to year, year and half, or two years. Partners signing up for multiple administrations received the following discounts.
- 5% discount for the first administration
- 10% discount for the second administration
- 15% for the third administration
Administrations must be conducted within a two year period to receive the following discount. The Piazza Center may offer discounts and/or special promotions throughout the year at select conferences or for purchase of multi-year administrations.
If you have a limited budget and or council’s are subsidizing fraternity and sorority life program costs we offer an additional 5% discount or contact us to apply for a grant to defray participation costs.
