COVID-19 Support Get Urgent Help

Resources for Sexually Diverse and Gender Diverse Students

CAPS is committed to providing affirming, high quality mental health services to transgender, gender non-conforming, non-binary, and sexually diverse students.

Students may find it helpful to talk with a CAPS counselor to explore and navigate these parts of their lives. When making a counseling appointment, you can request a counselor with expertise in working with sexually diverse students.

The Gender Diverse Care Team is a collaboration between University Health Services and CAPS to bring compassionate care to our campus. Learn more from a brief video.

You may also drop in to the Sexual and Gender Diverse Student Support Group facilitated by staff members at CAPS and the Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity. Also consider stopping by CAPS Chat to speak one-on-one with a CAPS counselor with no appointment necessary.
