Associated Student Activities (ASA)

Associated Student Activities (ASA) is the financial office for the more than 1000 recognized student organizations at University Park.

ASA offers many services; however, its primary functions are that of a banker, accountant, paymaster, and advisor on fiscal matters.

We encourage all treasurers and other officers to bring their questions to the staff of ASA. They will be glad to offer any assistance, referrals, or advice that will help you better manage your student organization's affairs.

ASA Fall 2021 Mandatory Treasurer Training

Starting Fall 2021, Mandatory Treasurer Training will change formats from the previous in-person/virtual synchronous training to asynchronous Canvas modules. More information on when the Canvas modules will be live and how to self-enroll will be updated over the summer on this website and communicated through the Treasurer ListServ. Completion of these modules will be required by September 30, 2021.

All recognized student organizations looking to remain on active status must complete the self-paced training module on Canvas every academic year.
