Associated Student Activities (ASA)

Associated Student Activities (ASA) is the financial office for the more than 1000 recognized student organizations at University Park.

ASA offers many services; however, its primary functions are that of a banker, accountant, paymaster, and advisor on fiscal matters.

We encourage all treasurers and other officers to bring their questions to the staff of ASA. They will be glad to offer any assistance, referrals, or advice that will help you better manage your student organization's affairs.

ASA Fall 2021 Mandatory Treasurer Training

All recognized student organizations are required to participate in the Mandatory Treasurer Training Course on Canvas.  During these modules, University staff will provide important new and/or updated policies and procedures. Students may now self-enroll in the Canvas courseCompletion of these modules is required by September 30, 2021.

Requirements for Mandatory Treasurer Training

In order to be compliant the Treasurer must complete the Treasurer module.

If an organization does not complete the required modules prior to September 30, 2021 they will become Frozen. To get off Frozen status, organizations will need to complete the trainings that they didn’t complete prior to the deadline. Questions can be sent to studentorg@psu.edu
