Healthy eating and nutrition are important in maintaining overall health. Many potential roadblocks affect the ways that students eat, including busy schedules, tight budgets, or limited knowledge about meal planning and food preparation.

Student Affairs offers a number of resources to help students achieve healthy eating habits and maintain proper nutrition. We offer free one-on-one nutrition counseling with registered dietitians and support services for those affected by disordered eating. In addition, we provide services, such as healthy cooking demonstrations and recipe sharing.
